In 2004 this unique family business went from vision to reality when Laurel and Al Cabodi created Laurel Creek Manor. Their daughter Kirsten has been with the company since it began, and together with her husband Aaron and their daughter Faye they continue Laurel's beautiful legacy. Starting their own love story at Laurel Creek Manor in 2012, Kirsten and Aaron are proud to share this piece of magic. They welcome each event as their most important. You can find your hosts working hard maintaining the grounds, continually updating the manor house, working with clients, and managing each wedding and event. They have a hands-on passion for every aspect of the venue. When Kirsten and Aaron aren't at Laurel Creek they love to travel, hike, have adventures with Faye, and enjoy the little things like homemade pizza & movie night at their home in Tacoma, WA.

Laurel Creek Manor loves to stay connected to the community in Sumner, WA. Our favorite community contribution is to the Daffodil Festival. Each year Laurel Creek Manor hosts the Daffodil Princess Tea- helping the festival raise funds for the festival and its royal court.
Our most personal annual contribution is to the Laurel Creek Manor Fund for ALS Research, at UW Medicine. Our beloved 'mother to all the brides', Laurel Cabodi, lost her battle with ALS. To date- we have donated over $120,000 to the fight against ALS.
Laurel Creek Manor has been host to weddings and events since 2004; our family has the passion and expertise to help create your perfect event. Our clients work directly with owners Kirsten and Aaron from the time they first visit the estate to the moment they wave goodbye to guests.
Enjoy exclusive use of the 5,000 Sq. Ft. Manor House, and 5 acres of privacy. The Manor house includes two beautiful dressing rooms and private restrooms for the couple and wedding party, multiple indoor spaces to use rain or shine, and indoor ADA Restrooms. The estate offers private parking, childrens playground, and endless photo opportunities among the gardens, fields, willow trees, and barn.
Celebrate with up to 70 guests in our elegant Manor House from November through April. Winter Wedding Rates starting at $3950. Events May through early October can host up to 200 guests using our gorgeous reception tent, terraces, and manor house. Wedding Rates starting at $7,000. Social Event & Corporate Rates are customized. Contact us for detailed rates and booking information.
We love to share vendor referrals and our expertise with all clients. This includes an onsite planning session to customize a layout for your event, a 1 hour rehearsal, and storage space prior to the wedding day. Your venue manager during the event maintains the estate, restrooms, deliveries, and will always lend a helping hand.
Your rental includes all the furniture needed for ceremony, dining, buffet, gifts, cocktail hour, bar and more. Also included are specialty items such as our wine barrel bar, barrel bistro's, dark wood farm tables, patio heaters and misters over the dance area!
Enjoy a setting that combines old growth trees and gardens with the perfect layout for your ceremony and reception. White arbor, Italian fountains, terraces, covered bar, covered DJ/Band pergola, cafe lit dance area, and sunsets that will knock your socks off.
Events May through early October include our fully decorated reception tent. Our Reception Tent covers up to 200 guests on our 30'x70' patio and includes white draping, chandeliers, and twinkle lights.

Laurel Creek Manor requires the use of one of our three listed catering companies. We have worked with these fantastic teams for many years and are proud to offer our clients these exceptional options. Prior to the event, the catering coordinator will help you with menu, rentals such as linens, flatware, etc. Your catering staff will handle furniture set up and tear down on the day of the event.
